Day by day in our facilities, we thresh, pack and roast our best Colombian coffees to satisfy the standards and requirements of our clients and allies around the world.
Our history
Our Amarella family was born in 2016 as a result of the dream of two enterprising Colombian siblings (Juan Carlos and María Angélica Cifuentes) to take the coffee produced in the family’s farms to customers abroad.
After several years exporting green and roasted coffee, in the year 2019 the dreams and efforts are joined with Charlie, an entrepreneur passionate about the Latin coffee culture in the United States under his company Cosecha del Sur coffee. By this time being a client at Amarella, they identify together that the passion, desires and dreams they share are the driving force to build a new era. Thus, in 2019 they joined forces and by 2021 they were able to consolidate an integrated model called Cosecha Holdings.
In 2022, the dream of growing operations begins with new infrastructure and storage facilities, laboratory, threshing and roasting plant in Colombia and operations center in Texas, USA.
Today we are a group of 24 dreamers in four countries (Colombia, USA, Chile and El Salvador) focused on the same goal: to unite coffee cultures and knowledge through a model of social sustainability supported by transparency, love for our industry and passion for transforming the coffee world in the Americas.
