Four years ago @amarellacafe was born as a dream of two young Colombian entrepreneurs to bring the best coffees abroad. At that time, in 2016 a first business opportunity to take the green coffee (not roasted) produced in the family farm in Dosquebradas, Risaralda to another family in Buenos Aires, Argentina gave a unique opportunity to start the export business.

What could be better than having an excellent product, a customer and the desire to do it?

At that very moment, at Amarella Café we understood that exporting is not an easy and agile process for those who have never done it before. Many times the lack of knowledge, the fear of doing it and all the activities and regulations make these businesses get lost.

Today, with 4 years of experience in exports and after successfully taking our products to markets such as Europe, South America and North America, we have focused part of our efforts on supporting those who have not been able to do so.

Supporting Colombian producers #ExportemosJuntosCO is a new initiative of @amarellacafe, where we support producers and their potential customers abroad in technical, logistical and commercial tasks. We are the managers of the process and through a 100% transparent scheme we have achieved good business that has allowed economic sustainability for those producers and international buyers who have placed their trust in us.

Under the scenario of economic sustainability for the producers, we work hand in hand with them to undertake the social sustainability of our project. Supporting and improving the human and working conditions of harvesters and workers are the final pillar of the pyramid.
